A self-service portal for your suppliers

Hypergate is a secure web portal that sits alongside your SpaceBiz system. Each supplier gets their own login and can view only their products and their sales — nothing else, no access to your full system.

It’s built for operations that stock products from multiple external suppliers — distributors, wholesalers, brand reps — where each supplier wants visibility into how their range is performing at your site without you having to generate and send reports manually.

Products linked by code

Each supplier is assigned a prefix code. Any PLU in SpaceBiz starting with that prefix belongs to that supplier. No extra setup needed.

Each supplier has their own credentials. Login is secured against the SpaceBiz supplier table — only active suppliers can access the portal.

Choose a date range and pull a sales report instantly — daily breakdown plus summary. Data is live from your SpaceBiz POS database.
